Delivery Information and Charges
Once you have chosen your Interior White products, we work hard to get them to you as quickly as possible. Most parcels will be delivered by Tracked Courier (Parcelforce or DHL) or Small Parcel Delivery Services (Royal Mail or Evri). With our Standard Delivery Service, customers in Zone 1 will receive their order within 2-3 working days. Customers with a delivery address in Zones 2-4 will receive their orders within 3-7 working days.
On occasion, it may be necessary to split a delivery containing multiple items; this may be the case if your order contains ready-assembled furniture and/or very heavy self-assembly items. These items are delivered through our Home Delivery Service and may take a little longer to deliver than standard orders. Split deliveries do not incur additional charges and we will always inform you if the products you have ordered are to be sent separately.
We currently deliver across the UK mainland, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isle of Wight, and the Channel Islands. Information on the postcodes we deliver to and our delivery zone charges are set out below.
Interior White orders are delivered Monday to Friday and are not delivered at weekends — unless they have been dispatched via Royal Mail — or on public holidays.

Our delivery charges are calculated on the boxed weight and dimensions of your items, as well as where they will be delivered.
Your final delivery charge is calculated at the checkout - PLEASE BE SURE TO SELECT THE CORRECT SHIPPING OPTION FOR YOUR DELIVERY ADDRESS.
Some products are offered with FREE DELIVERY (UK mainland only), which will be clearly stated in the product description and applied at the checkout.

Economy delivery for Elegant Brands products is FREE
Lightweight and small parcels under 1 kg are delivered for £2.95
Express delivery for Elegant Brands products and parcels under 1 kg is £3.95. (Order before 11 am Monday to Friday — excluding public holidays)
Shipping weight 1 kg to 30 kg: Standard Delivery £5.95 // Express £7.95
Shipping weight over 30 kg: Standard Delivery £7.95 // Express NOT AVAILABLE

Returns
We want you to be completely happy with your Interior White purchase. If a problem does occur, please follow these steps.*
Returning faulty products
If you discover a fault with your Interior White product once it is unpacked please contact Customer Services via info@interiorwhite.co.uk or telephone 0800 156 0885 as soon as possible — and no later than 30 days after you receive the product — and we will sort out the problem without delay.
Returning non-faulty products
We are happy to operate a ‘no quibble’ policy, meaning you may return non-faulty products* to us within 30 days of delivery without explanation. Please contact us to arrange the return of the product.
Please note: you must pay the return delivery charge and the product must be in a saleable condition — in its original packaging, with no writing on the box or other packaging material — for a full refund.
*We have an alternative returns policy in place for our Hove range (sourced from an outside supplier) - faults must be reported within 2 working days for us to exchange any item
